Il Gianfornaio

Located in Ponte Milvio: Largo Maresciallo Diaz, 16

This historic bakery, which is known for its delicious pizzas, cakes, bread and different types of pastries,  has recently been moved into a larger and more suitable area. The new construction is modern and welcoming, made by wood and big glass windows to give a great lighting and atmosphere to the bar.  There are also plenty of places to sit down and have a bite of the most delicious pizza in Rome and to even enjoy a wonderful happy-hour amongst your friends, family or partner. The happy-hour consists of a drink of your choice and an open buffet including freshly baked pizzas, bread and cakes.
If you haven't been to Gianfornaio yet, it's definitely time to go. You don't have to sit down, just go up to the counter and ask for anything that attracts you, I assure you that everything is delicious, especially the "pizzette bianche". Simply, exquisite.
This bar also serves a quick lunch and is frequented by all types of people who are waiting to eat the best pizza in Rome. If you don't live close to Ponte Milvio, do not despair, Gianfornaio is also located in other parts of Rome: Parioli, Olgiata and Eur. Enjoy!
