Antica Pesa is a traditional Roman cuisine restaurant which used to be the postal station of the Pontifical State in the 17th century. Since 1922 it offers great quality dishes such as cacio e pepe, carbonara and millefoglie di porchetta e mozzarella. Apart from the classic pasta and meat dishes, this excellent restaurant also serves seafood dishes such as linguine alla bottarga and burrata con gamberoni.
The atmosphere is warm and welcoming with a nice mood that suits every type of occasion. During the summer, the beautiful inside garden is open to the guests while in the winter guests are accommodated in the wonderful inside space. The dimmed lights along with the affreschi on the walls make this restaurant a special place to go for a romantic dinner.
