Aroma Restaurant

Located in Via Labicana, 125

Situated on the top floor of the five-star hotel, Palazzo Manfredi, Aroma is a spectacular restaurant offering a breathtaking view of the Colosseum along with an exquisite food journey.
The atmosphere is a mix between elegance, relaxation and warmth. All the details of Aroma are strictly thought through and come together to perfection.
The panoramic restaurant is fantastic, consisting of beautiful verandas that overlook the Colosseum. But it gets better, as the food at this Michelin starred restaurant will not disappoint your palate. The a la carte menu is extraordinary, with exquisite Italian dishes such as raw sea bass, salmon and king prawn on a crunchy wafer with a "Margarita" mousse for starters and ravioli pasta filled with aubergine with skate fish and artichoke as a main course. Chef Giuseppe Di Iorio has created delicate seafood, meat and pasta dishes that come together impeccably and that can be accompanied by an extensive wine selection consisting of 400 different labels. Ask the sommelier for advice on which wine complements your dishes best. Moreover, if you prefer, you can order the delicious tasting menu.
Presented with the Five Star Diamond Award by The American Academy of Hospitality Sciences; with the exemplary service, spectacular food and stunning view, you will have an unforgettable experience at Aroma.
Additionally, the restaurant also has a roofgarden lounge bar overlooking the Colle Oppio where guests can enjoy a cocktail before dinner. As this restaurant is always full, I recommend you make a reservation in advance. Enjoy!
