From spring time, the outside area in front of the inner entrance is a perfect place to set some tables to eat or just to have a chat with your friends while the DJ is playing some music. You could even set the buffet outside, if you're planning to have a buffet lunch/dinner, or you could just have a seated meal.
If you're planning to use the outside area in the winter, no worries, you could always ask to cover the area and put some heaters to keep warm. The gardens are also very nice, and when the days are long in spring and summer time, you can have a great light till late and enjoy a wonderful view. Enjoy.
