Terrazza Caffarelli


Located in Piazzale Caffarelli, 4

Situated in the beautiful setting of Piazza del Campidoglio, Terrazza Caffarelli is a beautiful location where you can enjoy and unforgettable view of Rome.
The terrace has two separate entrances, it can be accessed from the coffee bar in the Capitoline Museums or from an external entrance from the stairs of the Capitol Hill.
The view is beautiful, you can admire Rome's spectacular rooftops, chapels and the Vittoriano. Additionally, you can get a refreshment from the bar.
This location is also available for private events such as wedding receptions and parties. The terrace is approximately 300 square meters and during the winter it is heated. Enjoy!

Terrace of the Gianicolo


Located in Piazza Giuseppe Garibaldi

The Gianicolo is one of the most beautiful areas to admire the breathtaking view of Rome. It is situated close to Trasteve and has two separate entrances, one from Via Garibaldi and the other from the steep road going to Sant'Onofrio.
The Gianicolo is made up of two large tree-lined avenues and a path which commemorates all the heroes of the Italian unification.
Either from Piazza Garibaldi or from the Terrace of the Fontanone you can admire spectacular views of Rome. It is an extremely loved location, where you can admire the view of the historical center or Saint Peter's Basilica, and it is also very romantic. Enjoy!

Il Giardino degli Aranci


Located in Piazza Pietro d'Illiria

Il Giardino degli Aranci is situated on top of the Aventine Hill, close to Circo Massimo. It's commonly known as Il Giardino degli Aranci due to the orange trees which are present in the garden, however it is also called Parco Savello. It was designed by the Italian architect Raffaele de Vico in 1932, and since then it has been a magnificent location to admire a breathtaking view of Rome.
The garden is a tranquil area surrounded by trees and a beautiful white pebble path. When you arrive to the terrace you will be able to see beautiful monuments, roof tops and streets of Rome. It is absolutely beautiful and also a romantic location for those of you who want to take you partner there. Enjoy!

The Keyhole of the Knights of Malta

Situated on top of the Aventine Hill just some foot steps away from Il Giardino degli Aranci are the famous Headquarters of the Knights of Malta. This location is one of the most interesting and curious places in Rome, you will see a line of people waiting to peek into the keyhole of the door of the Knights of Malta.

Il Pincio

Il Pincio is a beautiful location situated in the Villa Borghese Gardens. In the past it was property of the French Academy but when they moved out to Villa Medici, Giacomo Valadier redesigned it. The Pincio's characteristics are its large tree-lined avenues and fountains and most importantly, its famous terrace where you can admire the magnificent view of Rome overlooking Piazza del Popolo. This place is definitely a favorite amongst people also because you can enjoy a beautiful walk in the Villa Borghese gardens once you've seen the romantic view. Enjoy!

Altare della Patria


Located in Piazza Venezia

This spectacular monument, also called "Il Vittoriano", was built in honor of Vittorio Emanuele II, the first king of Italy who was also known as the "Father of the Nation". The monument was designed by Antonio Zanelli from Brescia and the marble used was Botticino.
Inside the Altare della Patria there is a museum of the Risorgimento which has recently hosted exhibitions on the history of the Vittoriano.
Apart from the beauty of the monument, it is a must to take the elevator all the way to the panoramic terrace. Once you arrive to Terrazza dele Quadrighe, you will be amazed by the amazing view of Rome, of the Colosseum, of the Roman Forums and the Roman rooftops. It is simply beautiful. Enjoy!
