Il Giardino degli Aranci

Located in Piazza Pietro d'Illiria

Il Giardino degli Aranci is situated on top of the Aventine Hill, close to Circo Massimo. It's commonly known as Il Giardino degli Aranci due to the orange trees which are present in the garden, however it is also called Parco Savello. It was designed by the Italian architect Raffaele de Vico in 1932, and since then it has been a magnificent location to admire a breathtaking view of Rome.
The garden is a tranquil area surrounded by trees and a beautiful white pebble path. When you arrive to the terrace you will be able to see beautiful monuments, roof tops and streets of Rome. It is absolutely beautiful and also a romantic location for those of you who want to take you partner there. Enjoy!

Location: Piazza Pietro D'Illiria, 00153 Rome, Italy
